The company

We make the material and we run the work

IEBCO works in hydrocarbon remediation and petroleum waste management. What separates it from a purely service contractor is that the biological material used on a project is the company’s own product — and the same team designs, executes and monitors the operation on the client’s site.

How the company is built

Two tracks, joined

The company runs on two parallel tracks: developing and producing biological material, and executing remediation work in the field. Either stands on its own, but the value is in the join — the material used on a job belongs to the same team that designs and runs the job.

  • An excavator tipping petroleum waste onto a heap on the works area.

    Field execution

Characterising the contamination, lifting and handling the waste, treating it biologically in place, tracking how contamination falls, and restoring the land when the work is done.

    • Site assessment and sampling before any method is fixed
    • Treatment inside the project site, with no off-site transfer of waste
    • Monitoring through sampling and analysis as the work proceeds
    • Land restoration and revegetation as the closing stage
  • Culture plates carrying bacterial colonies on growth medium.

    Material development and production

Developing hydrocarbon-degrading microbial strains and formulations, and taking them from laboratory scale through industrial production into field use.

    • Development of a hydrocarbon-degrading microbial product
    • Production at industrial scale for project consumption
    • Supply of material to remediation operations, inside and outside Iran
    • Carrying laboratory results into real site conditions

Technical backing

The laboratory work is attached to the operation

Decisions on a remediation job are made on measurements rather than assumptions. The company keeps its own portable laboratory to support part of the assessment and monitoring close to where the work is happening.

  • Contamination characterised before the method is fixed
  • Progress tracked during execution, near the site
  • A clear line between the company’s own facilities and third-party analytical methods

If you have a problem on site, put it to us

The type of contamination, the approximate volume of waste, and initial TPH data where you have it are enough for a first assessment.
