BioOSD
BioOSD is made from microbial biosurfactants and natural bacterial enzymes. It disperses oil spills in the marine environment and, as well as keeping the impact of the spill off the coast, accelerates the biological degradation of petroleum compounds in the sea.

How it is applied
Depending on the location and the type of contamination, BioOSD is applied as a spray solution with standard spraying equipment, by hand, from specialised boats or from dedicated aircraft. It takes effect within a few minutes, and its use is recommended immediately after an oil spill occurs.

They record that, after phase two of the development project was completed, its product was field-tested on 1396/03/29 on the Azarpad shore of Kharg Island, in the presence of the head and experts of the HSE department, an R&D expert and the project executor, and that the test was completed successfully. No measured result is recorded. IEBCO is not named in the text; the link to the company is that phase-two contract. These are minutes of a test, not a product certificate.
